5/5 The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay however there was construction that started at 6 AM at 6 AM including Saturday.

Great place to stay!
5/5 We had a great stay here! The master bed is so comfy and cozy! Super close to restaurants, etc.
Was just a little noisy with the construction going on but didn’t affect us too much.

Under Construction
1/5 Unfortunately we were not able to complete our stay at this property because the complex is under construction directly across the street (very noisy) and the exterior of the unit itself was being painted - including masking all the exterior windows and patios. The unit should not have been rented out at this time.Note that the hostess does not live in the area and no one is onsite to effectively manage property or provide assistance. Very poor communication from the hostess, despite numerous attempts to reach out to her. Finally received a partial refund after weeks of attempted resolution with Evolve and VRBO.

Comfortable and clean condo living
