  some snafu with the check-in, I'm not sure who wasn't communicating with whom on the back end.

  Cotton sheets would have been nicer in the heat over synthetic ones... Otherwise, a lovely house with a great pool.

• Nice place - but you can’t enjoy it

  Very nice house with a great location and a beautiful backyard.

  However, I would not recommend staying here if you’re planning on having any friends or family over to visit. We came to Tucson to visit our son who is attending UofA, and we invited him and 4 of his friends over to the house one evening for dinner and games. We enjoyed sitting around the outdoor fire table catching up with our son and his friends. We observed the posted quiet hours by moving indoors before 10pm so that our talking or music would not possibly disturb the neighbors.

  Unfortunately, at 10:30 we received an abrupt phone call from the management company stating that we violated the rules by having “a party” and that at no time are there more than 5 people allowed on the property! Additionally, they said if they did not leave within an hour that we would be evicted from the property. Are you serious, this is a 3-bedroom home that we paid a lot of money to rent and you’re expecting a maximum of only 5 people at the house at any one time…ridiculous expectation! Not sure if a grumpy neighbor complained, or we were being watched on a security camera somewhere…exactly how did you know that we had 8 people at the house and not 5 or less?

  Suffice it to say that our family will not be renting at this location in the future, and recommend that anyone that considers renting here make plans to visit with friends/family elsewhere.

  - The house rules, outlined in both our listing and pre-stay information provided to guests before and after booking, specify a maximum occupancy of 5 guests, allowance for only 3 vehicles, and strictly prohibit parties. Unfortunately, all of these rules were broken during your stay.
  - Our neighborhood watch diligently monitors the property, complemented by our exterior cameras, as we've also detailed in the listing and pre-stay. We encourage guests to thoroughly review this information before and after booking to ensure they're comfortable with this.
  - While we want guests to enjoy themselves, we also expect them to respect and abide by our house rules.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

• Lovely Spacious Home with Pool

  It was a privilege to stay in this well-maintained, comfortable, spacious and beautiful bungalow with amazing backyard and pool. The house is in a very quiet and centrally-located area, so convenient to everything. Highly recommend.

• Tucson House w/pool

  We found this home wonderfully located for anything we wanted to do. Owner was readily available for anything we needed. After a day of doing the sights it was wonderful to come back to home base and jump in the pool, then use the hot tub. We enjoyed looking out the wall of windows in the back at night. The lighting set up in the yard was so nice. Found the home had everything we needed.

  No cable. No tv in bedroom. Not enough washcloths. Location was not what we thought it would be.
