Nice home, outside could have been cleaned up. Also, during our stay we had unannounced visits from the pool cleaner and pest control folks. Evolve apologized profusely for this. Problem with a faucet that was fixed promptly. Pool and immediate area clean and so enjoyable. Overall very nice stay.

Our extended family (ages 34-90) stayed here the last week of March. We loved the house. It's comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of space to either sit around together or find your own corner. Nice location in a quiet neighbor where you barely notice the surrounding homes. Beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains from the backyard (and dining room and sitting room). Sunset views from the front yard. Grocery stores and other necessities within 10 minutes. 20-50 minutes to major attractions - like state and national parks. The local manager (TurnKey Pros) were responsive to our questions. One negative - the backyard amenities no longer match the listing photos, which were taken when everything was new and pristine. The putting green, hammock area, and chiminea area needed weeding and attention. Didn't really bother us - the outdoor seating is fine and we enjoyed the sunshine and views - but needs attention. We would stay here again.

The home has kitchy Southwest decor, but overall it could use some attention in the places where it goes from rustic decor to neglect.
One place that was disappointing was the yard. The pictures of the yard in the VRBO post should be updated to reflect the current status of the front and back lawn. Weeds have overgrown everything, the pathways, the landscaping and even the putting green in the back. I live in AZ and we have had a lot of rain this year, but routine landscaping keeps the weeds under control.
The other con for me was that a paper thin drape was the curtain in the master bedroom. This curtain is not shown in the VRBO photos. As a result, we woke with the dawn every morning, but not on purpose:( The bedroom across the hall is just as bright. If you are someone who can sleep through full sun or can sleep with eye covers, then it may not be a problem.
In general, the house has a lot of potential, it is just showing its age in places and needs some updates.
Here are the pros:
- communication with the manager was quick and easy.
- neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, hikes, etc.
- the master bathroom is nice and has a nice rainshower

House was basically clean, but little things like bathroom rugs etc were old and dirty…
Lots of dust as well
Overall a nice time but not hall of fame

Hi Tom, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our property seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We’ve talked with our cleaning crew to ensure this issue does not recur for future travelers. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning crew to resolve your concerns and make your stay more comfortable.
- Our local property manager has already placed new bathroom mats in the home and our cleaning crew will be sure to dust the entire home during their next deep cleaning.
- Thank you for your insight. We appreciate the feedback so we can continue to improve and provide guests with the 5-star service we are known for. We hope to host you again soon!
Very nice place in a peaceful quiet neighborhood with gorgeous mountain views
