Outdoor adventurers will be thrilled to explore the surrounding terrain. Within miles of our home, there is rock climbing at Windy Point/Mt Lemmon, local horseback riding, cycling with bike lanes, and trails for mountain biking. This area has an abundance of hiking; from more intense trails like the Finger Rock trail and multiple trailheads within Sabino Canyon Recreation Area which is another destination for unparalleled hiking trails. You can even take the trolly to the top of Sabino Canyon and walk down. The northeast Tucson area has many outside activities, located just miles from the property.
If you've worked up a post-adventure appetite, visit downtown Tucson, Fourth Avenue, or Mercado San Agustin where you can grab a bite to eat and peruse the shops via streetcar.

Holiday retreat in Tucson outskirts
5/5 My son bc and I enjoyed staying here. We weren’t on site much as we were at my daughter’s home for the holiday. But the place is clean and quiet and looked to have all the amenities needed. I expected maybe a keurig. As it was there was a decent coffee maker. But I wasn’t going to buy a container of coffee to use once or twice. So that’s all I would have changed. My son said the Murphy bed was not very comfortable, but it was good enough.
