• Short 3 night stay with all women

  When our plane landed at 11 pm at night we called a friend, who was staying with us, to go to the house. We arrived 30 min later. When she arrived there was a lady in the house. The lady packed a bag and left. No body knows who this lady was or where she came from. The master bed was in disarray as if she was in the bed. There was a black hair on the bed and toilet. There was stuff on the floor and trash laying by the trash can outside. I sent an email that night. The next morning, We called and they sent Felicia over. She is the housekeeper. Very nice lady. She went and bought new sheets and changed the bed. She also cleaned the floor. We were told they were going to change the code or get a new lock. The lock change happened the next day. Felicia came and started to change the lock. After about 2 hours, she said it wouldn't work and she had to go get another one. When she left, we had no way to lock the door. She returned a little over an hour after and fixed it. We was going to go to the Grand Canyon the first day, however, we didn't get to go, by time we reached someone and Felicia arrived. On our last day, when Felicia was changing the locks we were going to all go to dinner, however, because we couldn't lock the door we didn't go. For two nights we stayed there not knowing who might come back. We pushed items blocking the door incase anyone showed up we would hear them. Our trip was not anything as we had planned. I do have text messages and pictures to back this.

  Overall a very good place for the cost in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Interior updates nearly complete needing a few more details buttoned up. Exterior needs some attention. Will absolutely consider this property again for future stays

  The house itself was great. More space than we needed. Clean. Great location. The issue we ran into was that the main reason we rented this house was for the pool. The day before we flew in we were informed that the pump wan not working and they were working on ordering a part. When we arrived the pool was green and cloudy. On our second day we were relaxing outside and a pool repair man came walking in to look at it. We had no notice at all. He was able to get the pump to partially work but the rest of our stay was the loud sound of the pump trying to work and it went on all hours of the day and night. We were quite disappointed.
