Clean and quiet modern space with well thought out amenities
5/5 We stayed here five nights and will definitely be returning. Entrance is private and well light. Free street parking. Yes, it’s as nice as the online photos! The bed is very comfortable with extra pillows, the bathroom has a large bathtub that my husband loved. Kitchen has all the amenities and there is even a dining area. Couch is clean and comfortable. Property manager/owner was easy to reach. This is an ideal location if you are visiting the Tempe area.

Very cozy and private
5/5 The studio was small, but had everything I needed. I planned to be out and about for most of my trip, so I didn't expect to need amenities like a pool or hot tub (which it does not have). The host was easy to connect with when I had questions and the access to the place is tucked away so you feel like you have plenty of privacy.
A great experience and nicely located for all the places in the greater Phoenix area I planned to go.

Delightful Retreat!
5/5 Property was beautifully decorated, and clean ! Our hosts left a welcome basket with goodies to enjoy after a long day of travel ; check in was easy & our host was so helpful with anything we needed; the king size bed was super comfortable & the big shower was refreshing; we appreciated all the little extras provided & the washer/dryer ; we enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio in the evening; location is convenient to restaurants & shopping; neighborhood is quiet & safe ; wish we had more time to take a walk .
We’d definitely stay again!
