Family Retreat
5/5 The property was perfect. We had three couples, all family. We were all very impressed with the property. The property and surrounding amenities were just what we were hoping for. From the time we booked through the stay, we found the property to be everything we hoped for. Communication with our property manager (Chelsea) was simple and she was always available to us, We look forward to booking this property again in the future.

Wonderful stay!
5/5 This is my first time renting through Evolve, and I don’t know if they are just a cut above the rest or if we were just very lucky on our first stay, but this was the best stocked house I have ever stayed in! I’m almost afraid to say how fabulous it was because I want it to be available next time we go to Arizona. 6 of us came to Arizona from Ohio to visit my sister-in-law and her kids and grandkids who live in surprise az. The house was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were plenty of well stocked bathrooms. There are two living rooms, both with very comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with a huge fridge, and multiple TVs . The outside living area has both table seating for all, as well as cushioned seating area. The whole pool area was gorgeous! Loved the steps, the built in seat and the loungers! Wish we had planed less so I could have spent a whole day at the pool! The window covering were sturdy and easy to operate- letting in the light or closing up at night was a snap. Anything we needed (that I have always had to bring or buy myself) was already provided by this amazing host. Beach Towels, pool floats, straws, tape, Kleenex, paper towels, sticky notes, baggies, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hangers, plenty of dishes for any situation inside or out- it was all there. In addition, the home is close to grocery and drug stores, a multitude of restaurants, and centrally located-10 min or less to Glendale, less than an hour from the airport, downtown Phoenix or Tucson, a little less than 2 hours from Sedona. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
