Exceptional
5/5 We came to Surprise AZ for a tennis tournament so the location was ideal! The house is very spacious and all 5 bedrooms are nice and the beds, while all in the firm side, were comfy. The house was equipped with all that we needed and overall the place was clean. The communication with the host was very easy and they were very accommodating to all our requests. We’ll definitely be back if tennis takes us back to Arizona!

Perfect and Lovely
5/5 Everything was wonderful. The home was comfortable and homey. The AC worked great. The backyard space was large and comfortable, grill worked great, misting system and outdoor fan! The pool was clean and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed AND all the cabinets and drawers were labeled so you did not have to hunt for things. I LOVED THIS. The light switches in the home were also labeled, which was so helpful. The house was clean. I cannot say enough positive things!

Amazing experience at The Villa
5/5 I wish I could rate our stay more than 5 stars! Everything about our stay was amazing! The house was so well maintained, cleanliness was a 10, enough activities to keep everyone entertained and the list goes on. The owner went so far above and beyond for us- we were there for a baseball tournament and knew it was going to be a scorcher everyday sitting out in the field watching, so I asked if she had a pop up tent and chairs. She responded immediately saying they had chairs but no tent. 5 min later she replied again and said a tent will be on our porch waiting for us when we arrive! I’ve never had that type of hospitality from an owner before. I would definitely rent this house again in the future and everyone who stayed with us loved it as well!

5/5 This house was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the pool and pool table! The only negative would be that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
