4/5 Stayed in the home for a week. The rental had everything we needed. Pool was great, house is clean, well stocked and communication was good. Overall a great home to rent. Would recommend.

5/5 Everything we needed was at this property. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was better than expected. Our property manager was a pleasure to work with; helpful, pleasant, and timely. We look forward to booking again in the future!

A wonderful stay
5/5 The stay was incredible. The home was gorgeous and the owner was very responsive.
The communication with the property management company wasn't great. I had emailed a few questions and it took roughly 3 emails to get my question answered and then it was answered differently by 3 different people that responded at different times.
However, don't let that detract from the home. Great location in a gated community. For the time of year we traveled, we did opt for heating the pool for our stay and it worked out perfectly. The putting & chipping was perfect for our teenage boy. The outdoor area was a haven and so relaxing with everything you could need. It was a wonderful stay in Surprise. I would rent this home again in the future in a heartbeat.
