CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- If your initial arrival at the property will be after 8:00 PM, please reach out to the Guest Contact as soon as possible to coordinate check-in details
- The property is located in a gated community. If you are arriving before 8:00 PM, enter through the main guard gate at 25011 Sun Lake Blvd and tell the gate attendant the property address you'll be staying at
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 2729
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 12:00 PM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- All guests MUST register at the Community Service Dept Arts & Crafts Building Oakwood (open 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Mon-Fri). Please bring your photo ID and provide the form and check found at the property upon arrival. This will grant access to the community and the community pool
- Access to all other community amenities can be purchased separately during registration at the community

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the garage
- RV parking and street parking are prohibited
