Perfect for our stay
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable and the home was clean. We enjoyed the ability to get weekly passes to Sun city’s recreation centers. This was perfect for the two of us. We would definitely book again.

Comfortable Home
5/5 This is our second year renting at Eagles Nest! Very comfy home with comfy bed. Had everything we needed while visiting our granddaughter & husband! The only thing missing was a pizza cutter!

Comfortable But Some Minor Issues
4/5 The house was fine, with enough space, well equipped kitchen, good showers, quiet neighborhood, and a spacious Arizona room. Property manager was responsive and helpful.
Our primary frustration was the TV situation. The living room TV is huge but old, doesn’t have cable, and not smart enough to hook to Roku. We could not watch movies but were able to watch the Super Bowl. The bedroom TV is a smart TV and has a Fire TV remote, but we could not access any subscription channels, so again, no movies. Otherwise, the house and furnishings are a bit dated but comfortable and functional.
