  We had the misfortune of having our house flood just before Thanksgiving in 2023. It had to be completely emptied, and the walls torn out two feet up through the entire structure. For 2 months we were shuffled around between hotels and residence facilities.

  Then, in February, our insurance company found this wonderful solution to our housing problem.

  From the front door all the way through it felt like home. It is well appointed and comfortable. The bed in the main bedroom was a welcome end-of-the-day. In the kitchen were all the tools for cooking for two or fixing a meal for family. Everything we reached for was there, even the unusual things like an orange juicer, pizza cutter, strainer, and measuring tools. When a large cactus fell over, we made a call and it was taken care of the next day.

  This was our home for 6 months and we couldn't have been happier or more comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to golf and shopping. I have no qualms about recommending this home for your stay in the Phoenix area, whether it be short or extended.

  My husband and I spent a month at the house to get away from the cold weather at home. The house was very well stocked, clean, and had a nice backyard and covered patio. The community was wonderful and offered plenty of activities. We really enjoyed just being able to get outside and take walks around the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We had several visitors come and stay with us during the month and the house was perfect for that as the guest room was right next to the 2nd bathroom. We would definitely recommend it.
