Front door and hot water problems
3/5 Hot water was a problem. Called contact number and Devon able to come late in the day. After checking out solutions, he finally banged on heater and it immediately started working. Unable to shower, wash dishes or clothes for most of day. This happened repeatedly and we would have to bang on heater to work. I told Devon about this ongoing problem when we departed the residence. We paid a lot of money for this rental and did not foresee having hot water problems. Front door extremely hard to open with code. Apparently the door swells during hot weather and must be pulled tight when entering code. This info would have been extremely helpful as we tried to open door and the bolt was stuck. Rarely able to use this door due to this problem. No garage door opener available , so each departure required manually opening and closing doors on outside code pad. Doors into garage had no keys so had to be left open, when leaving by car, due to problems with front door. Would not use this home again, unless these problems were fixed. We expect some compensation for these problems and expressed this view to our contact.

- The hot water heater was professionally flushed before your arrival and has since been inspected again by a licensed plumber, who confirmed that it’s functioning correctly. We’re sorry it gave you trouble during your visit.
- The front door lock had fallen out of alignment, which was causing the difficulty you experienced. This has since been addressed and is now operating as intended.
- The garage door remote had been missing due to a previous guest not returning it, but a replacement has now been provided.

5/5 Beautifully redone home in Sun City. It is immaculate and the decor very tasteful. We had a little problem understanding the tv but other than that our stay was fantastic. Would highly recommend!
