  What a beautiful and confortable house. All beautifully furnished. Great space for families with kids.

  Cannot say enough of the views, from both sides of the house. Big pleasure to wake up in tge morning and drink a hot mug of coffee in the varanda looking at the view and listening to birds.

  The house was not what we expected for the price! There were 10 of us and one frying pan that looked like someone pulled it out from camping gear! The single serve Keurig coffee pot didn’t work. The garbage disposal was broken! Microwave sounded like it was grinding something! Super cheap little toaster! The house was dark, very poorly lite! Set up weird with the TV in the pool table room and not in the living room with the sectional couch so not conducive to watching a movie at night! Two tables put together in the dining area made it not possible to play board games. No games to play provided like most vrbo do! Only one pool cue had a tip on it. Furniture seemed old and starting to fall apart. Bedroom carpet was discussing! Beds were comfortable!

  Obviously using the “Sedona” name to make a lot of money and not feel a need to keep the house updated or in good repair! Will not be back!

  From the owner: Hi Lori, we are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Per your request, we accommodated you with an early check-in and a late check-out as a courtesy as we were on a tight timeline. With March being one of the busiest months in Sedona.
  
  - You asked where the coffee pot was and we advised you we just received a new Keurig it was brand new and had never been used. We have set it up and it works great.
  - When you contacted us about the disposal this was the first time the issue was brought to our attention. We asked if we could come by and fix it and you said it was draining fine and we could fix it after you left. It was repaired the morning of your check-out and it's working fine.
  We wish you shared some of the other items you found. It is helpful to us if we know when a person is at the property and if they allow us a chance to rectify the issue.
  - Some of the games were thrown away because of missing pieces we would have been happy to get you replacements.
  - We know not everyone will like everything but we have the TV in a room where the natural light will not be an issue. We feel there are 7 TVs in the house and this was the perfect location for this one. We have never had any complaints about this.
  - Our home sleeps 14 guests and families like to share a good meal when on vacation so we put 2 tables together which allows them to enjoy a good meal at a large table.
  - The microwave does rattle a little but it works great.
  
  We accommodated your requests while you were at the property the best we could. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
