  A group of 8, recently stayed at this VRBO property, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The house itself is in need of some maintenance. It was clear that some work needs to be done, from baseboards needing some paint, to outside doors and windows not opening, to a missing smoke detector in the kitchen and a broken stair going to the upstairs. The interior could really use an update to make it more comfortable and welcoming. To add to the frustration, upon arrival for check in, we were emailed and texted two different codes, neither worked which led to some confusion and delays in getting settled in. The back door was left unlocked when we arrived, which was concerning for both security and peace of mind. This could have easily been avoided with more attention to detail.Overall, while the location had potential, the lack of upkeep and issues with access made this a less than ideal experience. I hope the host addresses these concerns for future guests, but unfortunately, we won't be returning unless some significant improvements are made.

• Nice house though a bit worn down

  The accommodations for a large group of people is perfect along with its location. The house is rather dated and in need of some attention.
