5/5 Simple, easy process of settling into this Sedona home. All instructions very clear. House is well equipped and in great shape. Excellent location in West Sedona, close to food and services. Easy location for many hiking trails. Very comfortable.

Sedona vacation
5/5 Property was perfect for one -two couples. Comfortable and clean. Lots of large windows and sunlight. Cozy furnishings. Many positives and only one negative; takes 10-15 min to get hot water in the master shower. We would happily stay there again.

Great Spot!
5/5 We had a terrific time, and enjoyed the house very much. Everything was comfortable and well cared for. We did not end up walking from the house as we had originally hoped, but this was not an issue. The trailheads are all so close and easy to access that the short drive to them was no problem. The home gets lovely light and has a terrific view. We would certainly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!
