  Place was perfect for the 10 of us. There is plenty of room. Location was ideal. It's so quiet and peaceful. Kitchen is gorgeous and has anything you need. Host kept in touch regularly to make sure we didn't need anything. We had a great stay.

• 50th Bday Adventure

  6 of us women (friends for over 20 years) celebrated some of our half-century birthdays by traveling by car from Southern CA to Sedona and we hit the lottery with this beautiful property. Our hosts, Kelly and Steve, provided an incredibly spacious, clean, colorful, artistic, unique QUIET and well thought-out space for us to enjoy the 3 & 1/2 days we were here to experience it! The living room had plenty of seating and was very comfortable with reclining seats, lots of pillows, a comfy giant throw rug and HUGE smart tv. The kitchen was massive with allll the appliances you can possibly imagine (Nespresso pods included)/coffee maker, tea kettle, blender /food processor), great space for cooking and quite a few spices/condiments if you forgot something. There was an ice maker in the freezer (Kelly even offered to bring us more if we needed-they live close) and so much cabinet space and cute dishes! They also had a huge wine collection and just asked that, if you used a bottle, you replaced it with something similar. The outdoor space was gorgeous!! So peaceful with tons of seating, including a cabana with closeable slats, babbling fountain and hanging loveseat as well as a grill, fire pit and sleek heat lamp. The first night, we started getting low on propane, and though extra tanks were on site, our hosts came to replace them the next morning! The laundry room is right off the kitchen so we were able to travel home with clean clothes. One of us stayed in the “casita” which, she reported was quiet and nice—-she so appreciated having her very own bathroom/shower. Plenty of closet/drawer space and hangers, comfy beds in the master and downstairs bedrooms with extra pillows/blankets in the closets. We were happy to experience the spa tub and stone shower upstairs (those views of the rocks/Chapel of the Cross were breathtaking!). Balcony seating was glorious…we could’ve easily stayed another week and been blissfully happy!!! The 3rd night, we hired a wellness coach (friend of our host) to lead us in a yoga class outside around the fountain and sound bath in the living room and that was an experience we will never forget!

  The location was PERFECT for our hiking and shopping experiences. We had a BLAST doing all of it!!

  We cannot say enough about this luxurious, comfortable home. From the baskets of complimentary treats to the yummy-smelling hygiene products, we could not have asked for more!!!

  The house was comfortable, clean, and had many extras. The outside patio with a fire pit and great views was a wonderful bonus.

  Breathtaking home away from home! The house was immaculate, and the views beyond STUNNING. Kelly was indeed an awesome hostess. Would definitely stay again, hopefully real soon.
