Mostly fine, followup not great
4/5 House was excellent, great location, comfortable furniture and beds.
We had an issue with the microwave not working which was a real bummer. We had a bunch of frozen food ready to eat after a long day of hiking and sight seeing and not having a microwave made it difficult to get dinner prepared for eight people including three hungry and tired children... (was difficult to defrost in the spot)
Things happen.... and we understand you can't fix or produce a new microwave at the snap of your fingers, but the followup wasn't great when we mentioned this after our stay was complete. They offered 10% back which ok gesture is nice but we paid a pretty penny to get this place explicitly so we could prepare our own dinner... So we were disappointed.

Excellent home and location!!!
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! Everything looked like the pictures and was exactly what we had hoped for our family which included five people, ranging in age from 15-84!!! The house was very clean! Comfortable - great location! And the host was very reaponsive! Would definitely stay again!
