5/5 The house was a walk away from many trailheads.
The house was pet friendly and came equipped with all essentials, and even non-essential items.
I would highly recommend this property.

Great friends getaway
5/5 I stayed with friends for 4 nights at Red Rock Retreat in Sept 2024. The location is great - right in Sedona with a view of Capitol Butte from the back yard. The backyard is perfect for an evening fire and the neighborhood is so quiet you can hear the birds flying by. We had a hummingbird visit us often. We were able to walk to Sedonuts this morning (10 min). The house was very clean. We didn’t have any time that we said “I wish the house had…”. I would definitely stay here again with friends or family.

Great Home in W Sedona
5/5 Rented this place for the Labor Day weekend. Six adults and two dogs. The house was just as described three bedrooms two bath and a nice fenced in yard which was great for the dogs. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of knives and pots and pans. The house was roomy and comfortable. A few minor things to point out. The sink in the guest bathroom is large but the faucet is tiny and you can't properly wash your hands. Also, there were a lot of what appeared to be mice droppings at the front door on the outside. When speaking to the host she mentioned that those were bat droppings from a bat that likes to hang out in the porch area and that she would have the cleaner clean that before the next guest. Lastly, one of the beds was extremely "squeaky". But none of those things had a negative impact on our trip. We loved the home and would rent it again.
