3/5 We did not receive any instructions in regard to accessing the security gate to the property so had to make some phone calls before we eventually got in.There were no dish clothes, tea towels or oven gloves so hard to wipe down the surfaces or remove food from the oven.There was wet towels & linens in the dryer.The toilet in the main bathroom had stains in the bowl.There were stains on the mattress protector in the main bedroom.Overall we had a good time.

- Regarding the gate/access instructions: we do send all check-in details and gate codes via text message about 48 hours prior to arrival as an added security measure.
- In this case, the phone number associated with the reservation was not able to receive SMS messages, which is why those instructions didn’t come through. We’re sorry for the frustration and delay that caused, and we appreciate you calling so we could get you in quickly.
- We also appreciate you flagging the missing kitchen items (dish cloths, tea towels, oven gloves) and the housekeeping issues you noted (items left in the dryer, bathroom bowl stains, and the stained mattress protector).
- This isn’t the standard we aim for. Our team is addressing these points with our cleaners immediately, and we’re updating our turnover checklist to make sure these items are stocked and verified before every stay.”5/5 Great place with beautiful scenery! The host was very kind as well!
