Nice Condo
4/5 I only stayed a few days. Condo was clean, but the property itself could use a little sprucing up. Unfortunately Pool was not available but management company did refund a portion of my fee as a result. Location was central to many things.
The owner was a pleasure to deal with - very responsive and accommodating.
Maybe this is a bit off topic....this isn't the owner's fault, but I am frustrated with the cleaning companies charging more to the consumer and doing less. This isn't my first time renting a condo, and I get the fee, but over the past few years cleaning costs have increased a lot. Despite this the renter still has to strip the bed, take out the garbage, start the dishwasher....
