4/5 The unit was exactly as shown from the listing. The development at Troon North where unit is located is very nice. It is near many hiking trails and golf courses. There is a nice bar/grill within walking distance at the club house. We used the pool and exercise room quite often and are just across the street. The grill on our patio was a nice touch. It was nice not having to go to the pool area to grill. The Patio of this unit is also very nice and we spent a lot of time on the patio.
For future renters please make sure you
-Receive the correct gate to enter complex
-Receive full keypad code to enter unit.
-Receive Instructions on what to do if Alarm System starts chiming.
-Get instructions how to work smart remotes for TV's/lighting and temperature control
Our six weeks went by so fast.

What a beautiful Home Away From Home!!
5/5 The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and everything worked perfectly. The host was receptive to all our questions and requests. The surrounding area in North Troon was amazing with huge rock formations and views of the distant mountains. The hot tub and pool are great and right across the street. I would stay there again in a minute!!
