CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- The community amenities such as the pool, clubhouse, and gates are accessible by downloading an app to your phone called PDK. You can download in Google or iPhone app store
- The Guest Contact will provide your contact information to the complex manager who will provide the information to download the app and entry instructions
- As soon as possible, please email or text the Guest Contact with the email addresses and phone numbers of ALL the guests who will need access

- Check in after 3:00 PM
- When you enter the property through the main gate, go left to the 2nd driveway to building #23, unit 1088 is the ground floor unit on the corner of this building
- The condo is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 8801 - you do need to physically turn the knob for access
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Network: Guest5g1088 (5ghz, shorter range, faster) or Guest1088 (longer range, slower)
- Password: FunintheSun

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- TVs: Both TVs are internet enabled. In the Family room, the TV should be on HDMI 4 for Roku and HDMI 1 for Blu-Ray/DVD player. In the bedroom, Roku is on HDMI 2. Roku remotes will turn on and off the TV and control the volume. We are logged into HULU which allows you to watch live TV. Please DO NOT log out of this application
- A/C and Furnace: We have a smart nest thermostat that adjusts to your habits, if you need less a/c simply turn outside white dial to clockwise and the screen will show temp unit is set to. Rotating outer white dial counterclockwise turns temp down and a/c on
- Toiletries/Supplies: we supply a starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soaps, laundry soaps, shower soaps. We would appreciate if you restock what you use during longer stays
- Community/Neighbors: Please be respectful of neighbors and noise levels. Please turn off the patio light before bed, and please no drying of clothing or towels on the patio
- Trash and Recycling: There are 2 wastebaskets under the sink. The black one is intended for recycling and the other for trash. When you exit the front door and walk to the circle driveway, take a left and you will see trash on your left in about 20 yards. Recycling a little further down on your right. Please take all trash and recycling out when vacating the unit. There are pathways on the side of trash and recycling, you don’t have to open the gates doors

POOL/CLUBHOUSE/COMMUNITY ACCESS:
- If you don't want to use the installed app, there is a 'small' PDK sticker on the back of one of the garage remote controls - this can be held up to the complex doors for access, rather than using the app
- In addition to the garage door openers in the drawer, there will be a small window decal for your windshield that will be in the drawer. This can be 'taped' to the front of your windshield to automatically open the gates as you drive into the property
- Pool: The quickest way to the pool is to turn right out the front door, cross the driveway and take the path past a couple of buildings, you will see the pool on right. There is also a little putting green

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage #2206. Two garage openers will be in the left-hand drawer of the console under the mirror as you walk into the unit. We are the last garage in the row to the East of the unit.
- Additional cars can park in any uncovered parking spots in the complex
