  It was an excellent experience. We had a great time. We spent a lot of time at the pool and by doing so met a lot of nice people who live in the resort. The resort is in a prime location which has numerous places to go eat, shop, and great public golf course. The complex is very safe and secure, so you feel at ease as you walk around.

  I would highly recommend this resort and Rosy Sorathia who owns condo 1131.

  We enjoyed our stay and at some point will go back.

• Awesome Vacation Property

  We had an amazing vacation, due to renting this condo at The Plaza. Everything was so beautiful, well-maintained and secure. The condo is a nice size, clean and has everything you need, plus was so quiet and private. We loved using all the facilities: pools, gym and library/business center. You can’t beat the location being so close to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. We easily walked to both for the restaurants and shopping. We felt very much at home here and plan on going back as often as we can!

• Warm winter fun in Kierland

  Enjoyed our couple months away from home at this property. Close to all activities, shopping and restaurants. Great pool area with lots of bbq and opportunity to meet new friends.

• Relaxing Condo Close to Amenities

  We had a very enjoyable stay at The Plaza Residences this past March. Our spacious condo was well equipped to meet all of our needs which made our holiday very relaxing. The residence was located in a very quiet, safe community and property facilities were well maintained and easy to access.

  Our hosts were very helpful getting us set up for our visit, providing us with contact information, location of the condo unit, as well as sharing condo notices with us during our stay.

  Many shops and restaurants were within walking distance so it was situated beautiful in the Scottsdale area.

  I would highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting a great home away from home!
