  We enjoyed that the kitchen had great pots and pans to use. It was also stocked with tupperwear and plastic bags for leftovers. This helped us store leftovers.

• Family Staycation

  The house was beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. We had a small family gathering for my son's 6th birthday and it was perfect. We had one tiny hiccup but the problem was addressed right away. It was so easy to contact the property.

• Some Challenges

  We property was nice and looked as shown in the listing. However there was some issues:The master bedroom toilet was broken. We had to fill it with water for each flush. Tried to get it fixed but could not find a time to meet the plumber with our tight schedule. The house basically had to share 1 toilet. The pool light would not stay on so swimming at night was unsafe. Upon calling the host they did extend time so the lights would hit off after 1 hr instead of one minuteThe light and fan outside did not work so the patio was dark. When we called they tried to help but wasn’t able to fully make it happen. The host was not the owner which made it harder to get follow up. The property was located quite a way from other things. So a lot of driving. The barbecue was good, kitchen and bedrooms, and hot tub.

  Hi Tracy, we're glad you found the property nice and as shown on the listing. The homeowner would like to address your concerns:
  - We’re sorry the main bedroom toilet wasn’t working properly during your visit. Two brand-new toilets were installed just after your stay to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
  - Our pool company inspected the pool lighting, and we found out the light was retaining water. They will drain the pool this week and install a new light.
  - We understand how frustrating the outdoor lighting situation was. While we tried to assist during your stay, a full resolution wasn’t possible until after checkout. We’ll now keep spare light bulbs on hand for guests in case of similar issues.

• Relaxing

  It would have been awesome if they would have informed us that they changed their heated pool to a non heated pool from the time we booked the house to the time we arrived. So we never got to use the pool. Which was disappointing but hot tub was very enjoyable and house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen needs to be stocked more we had to go buy a gallon pitcher for iced tea.

• Perfect property with amazing backyard

  Check-in experience was slick. The home was clean and had basic furnishings provided.

  The backyard is amazing! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the private, quiet backyard. Pool towels and toys for kids were provided.

  The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed walking to the nearby playground.

  We will be back!
