Nice house poor communication
4/5 Tv in small bedroom would not connect to internet. Propane tanks were empty. No wood for fire pit. Tried to add extra days and have pool heated but no response from property owner. House was beautiful And for our family perfectly

- TV & Propane Tanks: I apologize for the TV issue, which we’re addressing. I’ve also added gauges to the propane tanks and ensured a spare is available in the garage.
- Fire Pit & Supplies: I’m sorry wood wasn’t stocked for the fire pit. We’ll ensure presto logs are replenished for future guests.
- Pool Heat & Extra Days: I didn’t receive a request or payment for pool heating, and the home was already booked after your stay. I’ll review our communication process to avoid confusion.

5/5 Family of four stayed, two adults and two teenagers. The house was just as advertised. The backyard is a great set up and we spent our mornings and nights enjoying being outside. Will definitely book the same house when we travel back out to Phoenix again!

Great place to stay
5/5 We had 3 couples staying in the home and this worked out beautifully as we all had our own wing with bathrooms. The house had everything one would need and a great location.
