Nice place to stay
3/5 The place was very nice and clean. I enjoyed staying there it was very nicely set up......we did run into a few issues while staying at the house
1) there was no way to heat the living room area....normally this is not a issue in Phoenix but we had a cold snap the owners bought a small heater which made the place very comfortable
2) the shower drained extremely slow to the point it almost overflowed on to the floor.......the owners came right over with a plumber as within a hour after I called and they worked on the plumbing for several hours......at first it worked and then same problem it wudnt drain again so taking a shower wasnt fun.
3) the bed was ok the mattress was kinda on the soft side for me im used to a much firmer mattress but it was nice
All in all the stay was most enjoyable

- While Phoenix typically enjoys mild temperatures, we understand the unexpected cold snap made heating important. We’re happy we were able to quickly provide a space heater to ensure your comfort during your stay.
- We appreciate you bringing the drainage issue to our attention initially, and our team responded within an hour by bringing a plumber to address the concern.
- While the issue appeared resolved at the time, we did not receive any further communication indicating the problem returned. We always encourage guests to reach out if an issue persists so we can address it as quickly as possible.
- Mattress comfort can be very subjective. While many guests find the bed comfortable, we understand that a firmer mattress may be preferable for some, and we appreciate your feedback.
