4/5 Our hosts were great and very responsive and the House was nice and very clean. Loved the big primary bathroom. Backyard was huge and had so much to do. Unfortunately, the pool was fairly dirty and we were not able to enjoy it.

2/5 - there was a dead bird on the front lawn and in the trampoline- there was no drinking water accessible in the house. The filter that was on the sink had milky water coming out and the filter in the refrigerator has not been changed in a very long time. You could tell by the buildup in the spout.- the beds only had a mattress on top of metal frames. My 200 pound husband couldn’t sleep because the mattress couldn’t support him. The bars would be embedded in his back.- we had to wear shoes inside because the floors were so dirty. Our feet would turn black within minutes.- the door leading out to the backyard from the driveway never locked. You could turn the lock, but the handle still opened. In order to keep my kids from going out I had to put a chair in front of it.

- We’re sorry to hear there were aspects of the stay that didn’t meet expectations. While we weren’t made aware of these concerns during the reservation, we would have been happy to address them right away, as many could have been quickly resolved.
- The mattresses were purchased in October 2024 and selected to meet a wide range of guest preferences, though we understand comfort can be subjective.
- We’re actively reviewing the water filtration system and back door handle, and we’ve also followed up with our professional cleaning team to ensure the floors continue to meet our high standards.

Unfortunately the house was filthy both inside and out which greatly impacted our stay and resulted in us leaving early. I can not recommend this house or the company Evolve.
