  Location was perfect for hiking shadow mountain and close enough to get most anywhere in 20min. The house was in good condition and served well for 7 of us. We loved the pool/patio, making a fire and outdoor games. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen for any meal. Loved that the bar was available with drinks and we added to the selection.

  Home was clean some issues though such as no propane in barbecue, pool was practically unusable because it was to cold. There were only five chairs around the patio table, there should’ve been six. Master bedroom upstairs was really cold through the entire stay. Futon beds upstairs were very uncomfortable. There should have been real beds. It would be helpful to have some lamps in the house for reading, especially in the front reading area. we looked but couldn’t find any information on using tv’s. no real welcome book/list for information on the area would have been very helpful. Usually homes have access to the garage. Kitchen was nice, but not enough plates. we would not stay in home again

  - We wish we had known more of your concerns during your stay, we reached out to the contact number provided to see if anything could make your stay better but did not receive any feedback regarding the concerns that were addressed in the review. We’re always happy to help in real time.
  - We responded quickly to the request to clear the upstairs drains and took care of the issue right away.
  - There is a second propane tank on site, but we’ll make sure it’s clearly visible for future guests.
  - We’ll be doing a full walkthrough this week to check on comfort items like additional patio seating, lamp placement, and futon usability. We’re also restocking kitchenware and updating guest info to improve clarity for things like TV usage.

• Lovely home and neighborhood

  Lovely home and neighborhood. Especially great for families to use the pool and basketball courts. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very nice. A couple things could be updated - sofa in family room and the cook ware. Both are pretty dated. Adding a few more towels would be great but I understand they can be taken. The ice maker didn’t work but Sam was responsive and very helpful. He is a great asset to the property. Overall all our stay was excellent and we would rent it again. Thank you

• Fun times in Phoenix

  We enjoyed our stay at the Luxe. Our kids loved the basketball court and pool (although a bit chilly in March). We also loved that we could hike up Shadow peak from our front door. Our host Sam was very responsive when we had questions. Overall, a great stay. Thanks!
