Family fun
5/5 Great house in a great location. Pool is great but not heated. Fun for cold plunge at night. I’m sure it doesn’t need to be heated later on in the year. Perfect house for a fun family get away.

4/5 This house is in the very quiet, well-to-do Biltmore neighborhood. Though the house was spacious, the pool wasn’t heated (we were there when temperatures were a bit cooler) and the house wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped, particularly the rugs and the ceiling fans! All of the kitchen pots and pans were worn out beyond use. This house has so much potential if it was better taken care of.

Home layout is wonderful
2/5 The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The layout is lovely.
The owner should consider changing cleaning service . It appears the surfaces are minimally wiped down. There is dust in the vents, baseboards, window sills, and fans need attention. The refrigerator was not wiped clean from previous guests. The pots and pans had grease. The toaster was not working properly. Suggest that the leave some instruction on how to use the google thermostats or the website to find information. Not enough Warm blankets available for the beds. Extra bath towels needed. Bathroom faucet had minimal hot water and was restricted flow. Kitchen faucet need adjustment to shut off. Hair left in bathroom sink. Tub not cleaned thoroughly. The floors in the bathroom are not cleaned. Debris left under the beds. Loose toilet seat by the office. Overall the home needs a deep clean and some maintenance items addressedd.
