5/5 My grandchildren and I loved this condo. It was spotless, attractive, and very well located for our needs.
The kitchen was supplied with everything you might need including a lighter for my grandson’s birthday cake.
The Mountain View’s were beautiful and were a delight to wake up to. It was simply lovely.

Great Stay for GCU College move in 💜
5/5 This apartment had plenty of room for a family of four. It had 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Very clean! Gated entry and exit. Full kitchen stocked with anything you might need. Washer and Dryer were convenient for us to wash our daughters new sheets and towels before moving into her dorm. There was an assigned party space, but many open community parking spots as well. We rented a large SUV for move in and always parked it into one of the community spaces. Quite neighbors and safe area. Convenient area, most stores and restaurants 15 minutes away. We would definitely stay again when we are in the Phoenix area.
