Such a great little spot
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location, cleanliness, comfort of the beds, the fully usable kitchen, and amazing to work with owners all made our families time in AZ so enjoyable. We came for our son’s graduation at GCU and the location was only about 20min away from the school. Which was nice to be a little bit removed from how busy it was in that area during move out and graduation. We would 100% stay here again and will recommend to other GCU families.

Perfect condo for family
5/5 My husband and I were here for spring break with our 12 and 16 year old kids. The condo was spacious, clean, well stocked, and the grounds were meticulously maintained. The location is great- near many Phoenix and other area attractions. We also loved the pools, tennis and basketball courts. We would absolutely recommend this condo. It was fantastic!
