  This property was perfect for me and me family it had everything we needed. It has lots of room with six adults there was still more then enough room for my two kids to run around and play. It is close to a grocery store, fast food and gas station. The keyless entry made it so easy for my large group to be able to come and go as we needed without worrying about passing a key around. We would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the area.

• Very Nice Propery, Just not equipped to be a Rental.

  I will start off with I come to PHX 3 times a year and do a rental home for my trips for the last 5 years, mostly pleasure trips for 6-7 days each stay. This home is extremely nice home. My issues during my trip were as follows:

  1..Both the Thermostats were locked out by the owner and we had no control over the temp during out stay. Took numerous calls and texts to get the temps lowered to a comfortable temp and they always ended up back at higher uncomfortable temp.

  2. Came to house with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes

  3. No pantry or any dry storage for food, all cabinets in kitchen where locked with no place for dry foods.

  4. Ice maker was broken and no effort to get it fixed.

  5. Master bedroom has no closet or place to hang clothing due to it being locked out by owners

  6. No trash bags in the house for any trash cans.

  7. No Toilet paper in house for any of the bathrooms. Each bathroom had a roll or 1/2 roll of paper.

  8. Limited towels wich required doing laundry every other day.

  As I mentioned the home is very nice but not set up appropriately for someone coming to town for a week and expect to have amenities of a "Home"

• The house is even better than it was described. So spacious and well kept.

  We loved the house and how they took care of the property. We will rent again on our next visit to Arizona.

• Lots of room

  The house is Beautiful lots of room.. 1. Not ready for guests no AC for the first three days it was set for heat and the thermostat was locked. 2. got the wrong code for the lock box.. 3. GPS doesn’t get you to the house stops in the middle Road and says you arrived.. 4. No hot water guessing water heater is set on vacation.. 5. Only 7 towels for 7 adults and 3 children. 6. Two men with machetes showed up to cut weeds we didn’t get any warning someone was going to work in the yard I noticed them walking in the yard Little scary when you don’t know what they were going to do.7. Large weed with thorns at the front gate hard to punch in code to get into property.. (The House) is five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.. ready for guess three ⭐️⭐️⭐️
