  We stayed at the house to finish out our Arizona vacation with family. The house was clean and the pool and backyard space were perfect to relax and stay cool in the heat. The location was easy to get to the places we wanted to visit around the city.

  The day we arrived the pool was not ready for us. I immediately reached out to the host and was told the pool guy was there and again coming back the next day. You can tell the side of the pool has not been cleaned as it was greenish in color. This is something we would expect to be able to use upon arrival.The washing machine did not work from the first time we tried to use it. We were there for 10 days and it was finally fixed two days before we left. The bottom dishwasher rack does not fit the dishwasher, so it was a nuisance every time we used it.We pay more for the amenities such as the pool and washer and dryer. And we expect these things to be in working order and ready for us when we check in. While the host was very good at responding quickly on all these things, the lack of the washing machine working upon our arrival is a big reason our rating is so low. We did notice previous comments about problems with the washing machine, so this is something we felt should’ve been corrected before our arrival.The outdoor area was nice for our group to spend time outdoors.

  – We have the pool professionally serviced every week and had it cleaned the day before your arrival. An unexpected windstorm came through shortly after, so we had our technician return the next day as a courtesy, so it was in top shape.
  – The washer was fully functional before your arrival and was used to help prepare the home. While we had addressed previous issues with it, this was an unexpected and isolated malfunction. We arranged for repairs as quickly as possible, and it was fixed two days before your departure. We're glad this allowed you to complete your laundry during your visit.
  – This was the first time we heard about any issues with the dishwasher rack. We didn’t receive any reports during your stay, and when we inspected it after your departure, everything appeared to be working as expected. We’ll continue to monitor it just in case.
  The homeowner and their dedicated team take great pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests. Thank you for your feedback, and we’ll continue working together to provide a positive experience for all future visitors.

• Amazing Spring Break Week

  My family and I stayed in the house for the week of spring break. It was perfect for our family of four, my mom, plus our little French Bulldog. We hit up some Spring Training games which were easy to get to and spent plenty of time in the amazing backyard, pool, hot tub, and putting on the putting green. Would definitely stay there again.

  Great location and great time. A little small upstairs for 8 adults but had a great time. Backyard is beautiful. Pool is great and heated. Would detention again.

• Great backyard!

  The backyard entertaining area is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. Master bath shower could use some work but otherwise this older home is very nice. Here's the issue, I would not rent this property again until they fix the access code pad to the home. We were told it was touchy but a renter should not have to worry about whether they will be able to get back into the property every time they leave and return. It was a fight every time we needed to enter the home.
