Week stay in May
5/5 The condo is very spacious and in a good location. The unit is clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are very big/spacious. The complex has three pools and the garage is a nice benefit. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Baseball midwinter break
5/5 Came to Phoenix for my son’s midwinter break. This is a great unit for us. We utilised the play area with tennis court every morning. We used the swimming pool 3 times. Weather was perfect.
The unit is a large 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. It’s clean. Plenty of space for more people.
It’s central for baseball, 20 minutes for between the Scottsdale teams, Maryvale, or Peoria. There’s a Safeway 5 minutes away, just northwest. Kitchen has everything we needed.

4/5 We had very limited access to our call phone during our stay - so weren't able to contact the property manager via phone. Sent 2 emails to the email address provided for Chris Arras but did not receive a response. We couldn't get into the pool area with the keys provided - msg sent but no reply. 2nd msg sent regarding USPS advising there was a pkg in the mail box - felt like keys. We had no access and again received no reply to our email. Unit inside was clean and comfortable, and a very convenient location, but outdoor area needed some attention - cigar butt found on patio table and grill looked like it had never been cleaned. Also found a large cobweb in one of the bottom cupboards by the stove - never did see the spider!

4/5 Good location in central Phoenix, easy to access any part of the city or surrounding areas. Neat and clean neighborhood not far off the beaten path.
