Nice house, good location
3/5 This was a nice house, looks just like the pictures. Was clean and well stocked and we were able to get in 2 hours early on check in day which was appreciated. Very close to the airport but didn't really notice any noise from the planes. Close to ASU which is why we were in town. Just be aware of a couple of things. It's $75/day to heat the pool which I didn't see in the listing and think was pretty high for how small the pool is, we choose not to pay that so wasn't able to use the pool as the water was freezing. If you are traveling with children there is a sign on the door that you have to leave the vacuum in the pool. I was there with my teenage daughter who just wanted to tan but I did think back to when my kids were little and would have wanted to play in that pool, that would not be safe with that vacuum cord in there. Also, I got 3 confirmation emails from Evolve, one specifically with gate codes and door codes, none of which worked. When I called the contact she said I should have gotten an email from her with the correct codes which I did not. She texted me 2 possible gate codes, one worked the other did not. We had a lot of trouble with the front door lock as well, finally she told me where the key was hidden and we used it. Maybe the lock is just very sensitive and we were doing it wrong but I've never had that issue at other VRBO's so it was a little frustrating. It just seemed like the lock wasn't catching. We also had to ask for the Wifi password and she texted me that but were never able to get on it either. I'm just advising if you choose this place make sure you get a confirmation from the contact (not Evolve) before you go with codes. You don't want to get there late at night and not be able to get in.

4/5 Enjoyed our stay in Phoenix. Great weather! Was given the wrong code to get in the gate and wrong code for front door. Would have been nice to have a manual to explain WiFi password. An ice maker that worked would have been a plus. Loved the location. Will consider for next year.
