2/5 The complex was very nice & the residents were very friendly but we thought the pool was heated & the owners in the complex said it was suppose to be & they complained to everyone but it was never corrected.
Our unit had some issues which I felt should have been addressed before we checked in. The porch light did not work & the closet track in the second bedroom was loose so the doors could not be closed.

Hi Anton, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
- The HOA is responsible for heating the pool and they manage it independently, which is why we don't advertise pool heat in our listing. It's worth noting that January is the coldest time of year in Peoria which could've influenced the decision not to heat the pool due to cost constraints. However, we do offer a heated spa as an alternative.
- The porch light operates on a photocell, automatically turning on after dusk if left on. It was functioning properly during our last inspection, and we will ensure it's checked again promptly.
- We will arrange for the repair of the closet door track. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay to report this issue, as we would've taken steps to address it immediately for your convenience.
