CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
 - Please reach out to Jessie on the first day of your stay to confirm your reservation details, including the number and type(kids/adults/infants) in your party and pets if any. At that time Jessie will confirm that all is in order with the reservation you booked and was sent to us 
- This property is located on 2 gated acres and is accessed by gate code and door code. As soon as Jessie confirms your reservation details, you will be given access codes to the property 
- Please allow sufficient time for Jessie to answer you so it doesn't cause a delay 
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM 
 - Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following: 
 - Remove all perishable items from the kitchen, including refrigerator and freezer, and take it all out in the plastic bags provided 
 - Please be sure to put all trash in the trash receptacle in bags 
 - Take out the trash 
 - Load all dishes in the dishwasher and start it with DW detergent only in the machine 
 - Strip sheets and pillowcases only from all used beds and place them, along with used towels, in the laundry room. Do not remove pillows, blankets, or comforters from the bedrooms 
 - Please turn the thermostat to 85 in the summer and 55 in the winter 
 - Please be sure all remotes to everything is in the correct places 
 - Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances 
 - Close and lock all windows and doors 
 - Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking or vaping in the house. Anyone smoking outside must dispose of butts by dousing with water and putting in refuse cans 
 - Pet friendly with a fee (2 dogs max). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately. The pet fee must be paid before you can receive access 
 - Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings 
 - Must be at least 25 years old to book 
 - ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES OUTSIDE. At the east end of the front deck, there is a gas-fired fire ring in the coffee table that turns on by hitting a switch on the lower part of the table by the seating areas 
 - The biggest and best House Rule is to enjoy your time in this beautiful space! We believe we have thought of every convenience to make your stay a wonderful memory for you. - The property requires stairs both inside and outside to access 
- A Pack N Play and a high chair are available upon request
 - It is best to put your phone on web calling for great results 
 - The house is controlled by an eco-friendly thermostat. If you need more heat or ac, please raise or lower it only a bit and make sure to use the ceiling fans to maximize comfort level in both summer and winter. Do not adjust the thermostat up or down dramatically. You can also use the electric fireplace which has a switch on the right side after turning it on that will emit additional heat
- Child supervision is recommended due to the unfenced hot tub

Hot Tub Rules:
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
- No pets in hot tub
- No sitting on the hard cover for tub
- By accepting this reservation and rules, you take all responsibility for yourself and others in your party, responsible for your safety
- No glass objects at the hot tub or area
- Hot tub must be re covered immediately after use
- Do not push or change any buttons except lights and blower
- The 'On' button is for action and 'Off' button is for shut down
- Do not adjust the temperature
