CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- The keypad is located at the front of the home
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Leave the gate clicker on the kitchen counter
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take trash to the community dumpsters by the gate
- Wash and put away all used dishes, pots, and pans
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off the A/C
- Turn off all lights, fans, electronics, and appliances, including the ice machines and BBQ tanks
- Please ensure the home's water is turned off
- Close and lock all windows and doors, including the patio door and dog door
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
