Perfect for our family
5/5 The house was exactly as described in the listing. We requested early check-in and our host (Jana) promptly let us know that we could check in at the requested time. The property was neat and clean, and we appreciated the clear instructions on using appliances, bathrooms and the checkout process posted within the property.The kitchen had more than enough silverware, cooking utensils and dinnerware for our needs. It had coffee and filters pre-stocked. Each room had more than enough enough charging outlets/power strips as well as comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The property has 5 GHz wifi with pretty decent connectivity: we never faced any issues with streaming UHD video. The property has a smart UHD w/ Cable but no active streaming subscriptions: please remember to sign out before checking out in case you use your own subscription.

Cozy little place
5/5 This cozy little home was the perfect place to rest after a few days boating at Lake Powell. It is a great location-within walking distance to the grocery store and many restaurants. It was clean and homey just like my grandmas house.
Jana was very kind and accommodating as we stopped by before check in time to drop some luggage and an extra car.
We enjoyed our time here!

Cozy House-Great Location!
5/5 This is a cute, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. The house is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. My favorite part was the back yard and patio area—a perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or in the evening after a long day at Lake Powell. Everything was clean and the house contained all the essentials we needed. The check in/check out processes were super convenient and communication was great! We would definitely stay here again…highly recommend!
