• Boating at Lake Powell

  We stayed in Page in order to go boating at Lake Powell. Upon arrival at the property we discovered that the power was out to the two bedrooms and the hot tub was not working. We were able to find the power panel and reset a breaker for the bedrooms. Upon resetting the breaker a fire alarm started beeping a low battery warning. The only way to silence it was to physically remove it by unplugging it.

  – The fire alarm had been serviced with new batteries just a week prior, so we’re not sure why it started beeping. We’ll check it again to determine if it needs a full replacement to prevent this from recurring.

• Perfect Powell Home

  Went down to Paige to play at Lake Powell for a few days and decided to try renting a boat daily and staying in a home at night rather than renting a houseboat. This house was easy to get to from wahweap and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking up meals for my family of teenagers. We also loved the hot tub since we got soaked in a late afternoon thunderstorm and could come home and warm up. Great little spot for my family of 6!
