Love love love that view
5/5 We were only able to reserve two weeks, but would have stayed forever if we could! The place was wall-to-wall spotless. Plenty of kitchenware, including wine glasses, storage containers for leftovers, even a Ninja air fryer. The view of the mountain over the pool had us spellbound every night. Seven busy hummingbird feeders! Convenient location, literally steps away from the Linda Vista Trail, and just a short hop to groceries and restaurants.
Hosts Joanne and Scott were very welcoming and accommodating. Nutmeg was a real charmer and extremely well behaved - - - I miss her quiet visits. Would definitely stay here again!

Superb Vacation Rental
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely rental house during our 10 day winter escape. Joanne's thoughtfulness and precise organization of the house is amazing. It had everything a renter needed, recently renovated to high standards, and nicely decorated. The setting and outside 'rooms' are lovely, with the Santa Catalina mountains towering above the property. The pool, seating areas and landscaping are excellent and varied. We've been in many vacation rentals, this is the best.

Peaceful & Quite
5/5 The home was very cozy & comfortable. The pool & patio was very peaceful with fantastic views. A great place for us to "meet in the middle" for a little weekend getaway. We will definitely go back. The homeowners dog "Nutmeg" was a joy. SHe would come say Hi, get some pets and then go back home.
