4/5 The property was nice. There was an issue with the kitchen faucet & garbage disposal during our stay that was fixed while we were there. The dishwasher started pooling water while running before we left - fix to happenafter our departure. These were minor inconveniences and just part of life.The internet dropped out periodically for a few minutes at a time which made working from the unit a challenge. Having to use my phone as a mobile hotspot to work was a draw back.The AC flow to the secondary bedrooms was the real downside of this rental. I know summers in AZ are hot but the AC barely made a dent in those rooms which was unpleasant for my kids.

Reliable Wi-Fi is essential—especially for working remotely—and we regret that you had to resort to using your phone as a hotspot. We’re currently looking into solutions to improve both the internet stability and the cooling efficiency in the secondary bedrooms to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. 5/5 We loved the house. Very comfortable and well stocked. Sons loved the pool and the hot tub was great for relaxing conversations in the evening. Convenient location for hiking and activities in Tucson. Would definitely stay here again on next trip to Tucson.
