2/5 Unacceptable. Not maintained. The front entrance screen door broken, filthy looking carpets, window screens missing and dont fit, windows don't seal etc! Ive traveled all over and this is the most unkempt home I've ever. Whoever allows this house to be rented does not seem to respect us renters. I couldnt wait to leave. Please dont rent it again until someone brings it into an acceptable state.

- After receiving your comments, we contacted our cleaner, who confirmed a minor issue with the front door that was addressed during the last visit. There have been no prior complaints about the window screens or sealing, and we'll continue to monitor them to ensure everything remains in good condition.
- We respectfully disagree with the claim that the carpets were filthy. They're cleaned between each guest, and no similar concerns have been reported by other guests.
- We’ve been transparent about the property’s condition through our professional listing photos, which accurately reflect its current state. The pricing also takes this into account.
The homeowner takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests. We’ll continue working together to provide a positive experience for all future visitors.4/5 We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very efficient & comfortable. It was an older building and there were some things needing attention or repair. We communicated with the owner/manager these items and expressed our hope that it would help with future rentals. All in all, the mountain air was wonderful.
