3/5 "Our stay was negatively impacted by significant communication issues from the start. There was zero communication from the host, and we were on hold for two hours trying to get access. A third party had to intervene, but the entry code was still not provided. Additionally, the house was quite cold and could have used a better cleaning."

5/5 We walked into a clean house with a lit Christmas tree. Was such a nice feeling. Very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked to prepare our own food.
