  Clean, tidy, well stocked, friendly neighbors. Quiet area. Owner is super sweet and was a great help even though she was hundreds of miles away. Had issues checking in as was given the wrong door code. Police came as the alarm went off due to the wrong code. We called Evolve (the rental co), they called owner. Said they would continue to stay in contact but never heard from them again. They didn't ask about the age requirement until we were a few hours away. Bizarre as we had already verified when we booked. Evolve didn't even tell the security gate we were coming so had a delay there as well. Not sure what Evolve actually does as they didn't help us in the least.

• Rough Start

  Started rough! Evolve management called, texted, emailed several times to verify I was 55+ for community rules. Answered each time but they continued to contact me while I’m on the road. Then I’m informed the office at Fountain of the Sun does not have my info & the office is closed on the weekend. Had a bit of a time getting past the front gate.

  Received wrong code for the door so couldn’t get in the rental. Evolve said they would help & call back. After initial call for help…NoThing from them!! What a crock! Owner had to have someone come to help. THEN….the police arrived because the security system was armed & we had to prove we had reservations. Again, Evolve was no help! The owner had to assist from her home in another state hundreds of miles away. Evolve management should be fired or have to pay us back. They said we would be compensated. Nothing from them!!

  The poor owner was doing her best to help & Evolve did nothing. They never checked to see if we were able to resolve the issues. Awful!!

  For the house itself, owner was so sweet & helpful. It’s well stocked, quiet 55+ area, centrally located, bed comfy, nice patio area with fire pit & grill for relaxing & cooking.

  We would suggest the owners get a new management company. The house & location are mid-Mesa but the ordeal was due to Evolve not doing their job!
