CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will provide the code on the morning of check in. Enter the code on the front door and wait for the door to unlock (it will make a very audible sound). To lock, press 'KWIKSET'
- The garage entry is through the coded side door. Locate the garage side entry from the front porch, then enter the code. The garage door can be opened and closed by pressing the garage door opener on the wall. To lock the side entry, press 'KWIKSET'
- Photo ID is required upon check-in
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Bag and dispose of all trash in the outside bins. Trash pick up is on Tuesday, and recycle pick up is on Friday. Please place the bins by the curb the night before for pick up and promptly return the bins to the garage when empty
- Load and start the dishwasher, and do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Log out of all personal streaming accounts on the TVs
- Leave the pool key on the hook in the kitchen
- Turn off the A/C and/or heating
- Check for all personal belongings
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors, including the garage
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
