Winter getaway
5/5 We were snow birding from Minnesota for two weeks. Condo is well appointed with listing pictures well reflecting the unit. Close to freeway access with lots of nearby restaurants. Couch in the living room is the most comfortable we have had in a rental. Master bedroom king bed was also very comfortable and on the firm side, which is what we like. We would note that the master bathroom is very small and is where the step in shower is located. Might be difficult for a walker or rollator user to navigate. The other bathroom does not have this issue but has a bathtub. Pools are not heated (it was January). Loved the sunflower theme. Would consider renting again if we are back in the area.

4/5 The property was clean and decorated very nice. The property managers were very easy to work with and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Newly Renovated & Nicely Appointed
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay although the driving distance from our kids/grandkids is not ideal for us, but we wish it were. The rental was very clean, light & airy, as though it had been recently updated. All appliances seemed to be brand new. Communication with Cassidy, the Concierge was excellent and she was very responsive.

Mesa Sunflower Condo
5/5 Very clean property, easy to find. Well equipped. Complex was quiet. A little bleed through noise from above and beside but nothing loud. We would stay here again. Very clear timely and helpful communication from Evolve
