As expected!
5/5 We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, had enough space! It was nice to have the 2nd den, game table and slide at the pool. We loved turning the waterfall on and listening to that while sitting outside.

Comfortable and convenient
5/5 We loved the spaciousness and places to put things, especially in the kitchen. There were 8 of us who stayed over Christmas and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. Dave was easy to communicate with and responsive. We enjoyed the fact that the property was convenient to shopping and things to do, and the backyard was great for relaxing and enjoying being outside.
All in all, a great place to stay.
Great Choice
4/5 Nice little neighborhood. Great communication from property manager. Everything was as expected. Two families stayed for Thanksgiving. The mop and bucket on the outdoor furniture was not especially welcoming. Also broken glass on the pool deck was a concern. On a side note, this was the loudest property i have ever stayed. We were glad to be family, while listening to the primary shower during tv watching. Please bring people who aren’t expecting a quiet stay. Tile floors are loud.
