5/5 My parents and brothers live in Havasu so finding a place that I could make dinner and share an evening that wasn't in a hotel, and a place that was fun for everyone was the goal. This house was perfect. Not too big for my wife and I to stay at alone and just right for a small gathering. The game room was a hit with the kids, they sere occupied all night. the back yard was the perfect place to be when the weather cooled down. Plenty of parking and close to everything. I will stay here next time I travel to Havasu if it's available.

Anniversary Getaway
4/5 The property was nice. Beds were good, plenty of towels and kitchen items. However, the toilet bowls were dirty along with the kitchen sink, outdoor garbage cans were nearly overflowing. We did enjoy the game room in the garage, but the ping pong paddles and the air hockey paddles need to be replaced. Also, the air hockey surface has not been cared for. Finally, the metal toaster gets very hot. Someone could get burned touching it.
