Great Location and Home
5/5 Easy access and check in. We had plenty of space for parking our truck and boat. The home was comfortable with enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor area and view.

Great time
4/5 The stay was great, lake havasu is so fun however this home wasn’t exactly up to par like I had anticipated. The main fridge did not work during our stay and the host was unable to fix it during the time frame we were there. It sleeps 6 people so we had a ton of food we needed to refrigerate/freeze and this was unable to happen. The host told me to use a mini-fridge out back so we lost a large portion of our food or had to spend extra funds on ice during our stay to keep things semi-cold. Also the guest bathroom had no running hot water and was ice cold the entire time which was not ideal. Otherwise the home was very clean and had some fun amenities!

5/5 This home lived up to its billing. Great location for those of us that don’t want/need to be in the midst of downtown/bridge-area activities. Quiet neighborhood that’s nearby Mudshark Brewery and a short walk to the lake and park.
The home was well-appointed and comfortable. The backyard was like a mini-resort with pool, hot tub, fire pit and putting green. It was too cold to swim, but we enjoyed the hot tub a couple of times. It was nice to have the grill.
I would recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
